We are now entering the "Business" end of the League season. The RFU League Competitions Regulations state the following:-

Counties 2 and below will see the following apply:
1. Where one League feeds into one higher League: the top two clubs in the supporting Leagues at the end of the season will be promoted to the Level above.
2. Where two Leagues feed into one higher League: the top club in each of the supporting Leagues at the end of the season will be promoted to the Level above.
3. In respect of all cases, any remaining spaces in the higher league will be determined at the end of the season by such applicable criteria as notified by the RFU to the clubs.

Winners of adm Counties 1 will be promoted to Regional 2 North West - Winners from the 17 Counties Leagues around the Country will be promoted to their Regional Level 6 League. However it looks like they will need to fill the space above with 24 Teams. So SIX Clubs who finished 2nd with the best records should also be promoted to Level 6.
Bottom two Clubs in adm Counties 1 will be relegated to adm Counties 2. **This could become 3 dependant on what happens further up the leagues and have a cascading effect down.
The Winners and Runners-up in adm Counties 2 will be promoted to adm Counties 1, the bottom two** placed sides will be relegated to adm Counties 3.
The Winners and Runners-up in adm Counties 3 will be promoted to adm Counties 2, the bottom two placed sides will be relegated to adm Counties 4.
The Winners and Runners-up in adm Counties 4 will be promoted to adm Counties 3, there is no relegation from adm Counties 4, however applications to join adm Counties 4 are expected.
